"We are healed to the extent that we are known."
— Curt Thompson

You’re not broken. You’re just tired of carrying the burden alone.
Life may not look or feel the way you hoped it would.
Maybe things feel heavy, confusing, or out of sync. Maybe you’re doing your best to hold it together on the outside while running on fumes inside.
You may feel disconnected—from yourself, your relationships, or your faith—and unsure what to do with the questions rising beneath the surface.
At Anchor Ridge, you’ll find a calm, honest space to talk about the real experiences of your life and begin moving toward steadier ground—not through pressure or performance, but through grounded clarity, presence, and grace.
Grounded in Presence. Guided by Purpose.
We believe theology and psychology often speak to the same truths—each offering insight into how we heal, grow, and move toward wholeness.
Therapy here isn’t about quick solutions; it’s about honest reflection, steady steps forward, and aligning your life with the values and grace that anchor you.

The Heart Behind Anchor Ridge
The heart of Anchor Ridge existed long before the name.
I’m Jared Meyer, and my work centers on helping people make sense of their stories—where they’ve been, what feels heavy, and where grace might be inviting them next. For years, I’ve been drawn to the places where faith, struggle, and human connection intersect—spaces where people long to be honest, to be known, and to understand where God shows up in their lives.
My heart for this work comes from witnessing how healing unfolds when people feel safe enough to tell the truth and hopeful enough to take the next step. With an integrated approach to faith and psychology, I offer counseling that honors the whole person and supports lasting change.
Take Your Next Step Toward Steadier Ground
Reaching out takes courage. Whether you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or just ready for something to change—help is closer than you think.
At Anchor Ridge, we blend clinical understanding with spiritual insight to help you find steady footing and lasting hope.
“Grace is not opposed to effort;
it is opposed to earning.”
— Dallas Willard
